ENERGY CONSERVATION STRATEGY
In order to create value for all stakeholders while expanding ethically and sustainably, Excellus aims to follow the finest environmental practises and standards within the context of our operations. The manufacturing facility implemented a number of measures during the year to increase energy efficiencies, which resulted in monthly energy savings of 40,000 units. The following list includes some of the year’s energy-saving measures:
- constructing an air reservoir to hold and sustain air pressure will maximise the production of compressed air.
- hot water tank insulation to reduce energy loss.
- Enhancing energy efficiency through routine preventative maintenance on systems including HVAC, plant, and utility equipment.
